    "😮‍💨 it's been a busy few days. I think I technically went over last night (beer again) but my other days have been plenty low in calorie intake so I'm letting it slide. But I'm sure I was still close to the under 1500 goal anyway. Travelling today until the 21st so I won't be able to weight myself daily as usual. Also I'll have to be super thoughtful of my calorie intake. That should be challenging because the place I'm stay won't have any nutritional information on the food they are serving. And take out is usually so high in calories. I may have to walk to the grocery store to get tv dinners in a pinch or something. Well. Nothing to it, em i rite?"
