For 30 days, I commit to avoiding: junk food (fried food, candy, chocolate, snacks, fast food), sweetened/carbonated drinks, pastries, sushi, heavy sauces, and processed/high-calorie foods. I can eat complex carbs like whole grains, legumes, potatoes, or fruits in balanced meals with veggies or salad. Drinks: water, unsweetened tea/coffee, or lightly sweetened options. Occasional treats are allowed if Mom approves and helps keep things balanced.
