Definitely a good workout today! My grow is the Dumbbell Russian Twist even without being able to get my feet off the floor. I could only imagine doing that movement with both feet off the ground! LOL! The glow is that some of the other exercises (non ab) are getting easier.

Talk about challenging getting ready for the holiday festivities, this workout pushed us to the limit, especially with the extra round of core. Definitely feeling the workout with a noticeable difference on the right side. Although I am not totally able to perform all the movements wit the right and may cheat a bit in not taking it all the way or have a little break, I still feel that it is strengthening .

Struggled with the swiss sit ups, but assuming will get easier. The heavier weights for the arm exercises may have been okay with the arm exercises, but noticed that I was able to do the outward motion using the lighter weight. Will get the 2 pound weights for future.
