Feel like getting stronger and can feel my abs working throughout the exercises when engaging. The heel taps are the challenge in keeping a steady pace the entire time whereas I can do with the ab crunches.

Pumped up heartbeat in taking on another cardio workout where I attempted to run a little instead of walking and trying the more challenging options. Ironically, I didn't do so bad as I had imagined as it was actually fun stepping it up. With each cardio and strengthening week that goes by, seems a little easier getting through, especially with taking on more protein in my diet. Appreciate the advice in pointing me in the right direction.

Made it through another 3 round core Saturday and can still say that I need to grow stronger in this area as it is certainly the toughest, specifically the Russian twists and heel taps. Had some struggles with right shoulder that prevented doing everything, but did what I could in either lifting a little or leaving still while holding light weight while exercising the left. May be a little lopsided with more attention to the left, but still getting there! LOL! My glow is that I am definitely feeling like I am getting stronger and better with each week.
