Made it through 2 rounds of heel taps without stopping while mentally making it happen and grabbing hold of a weight. Right leg lifts are harder to get the heel up than the left. Attempted to do the Dead Bug using arms and legs where I need coordination. Would have been a good video blooper! LOL!

Heel taps did not go well today with some issues that I was having, but we made it through while stopping briefly and getting back with it. I mentioned that the heel taps were getting easier, but then did the suggested keeping the foot up where it did, in fact, get harder! Thanks for keeping it challenging as we progress.

Wall squat leg extensions challenging, but appeared to do better second and third rounds. wish I could say the same for the heel taps which is always a challenge. Noticed the bands were better while working on the love handles as Allen refers.

Mastered 2 out of 3 heel taps all the way through with a good momentum without stopping. Just shows that I am getting better but was dreading the 3 rounds! LOL! Did better on the squats today as well. We all pushed each other to remind of the heel up on the leg lifts (up with the heel and you really feed) as well as encourage tight abs. Great workout overall.
