Took in another workout video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=guJLrSTHMO8 and really struggled with some of the balancing and high impact, but worked through and excelled without stopping even though I wanted a break! LOL! Recovering from a gym visit yesterday evening with 15 minutes elliptical and 15 minutes bike.

Excelled on the swiss ball crunches and Russian Twist as I did not stop and was going full force. The heel taps was a different story. Had an issue with coordination and balance this morning for some reason, especially with the squat and leg lifts. Seems like I had it down last time so unsure what is going on! :-0

Great workout and was to maintain my momentum on the ball crunches, but not so much on the heel taps and Russian twist. Leg curls and raises with focus on holding could certainly feel muscles working! ;-)

Still growing on the Russian weight side twists and heel taps. These are brutal, but certainly feel the burn as well as the side leg lifts with toes down. Have learned that the heels up makes a huge difference in the level of difficulty as well as results.
