Squats and heel taps remain the most difficult but trying to get the right mindset to work through it as best I can. The Leg extension with band went better than expected, but can definitely feel. Lower back started hurting a bit on the inmate pose and arm extensions so I tried more of an upward position.

Met my goal of going straight through the second round of heel taps without stopping at a steady pace. Although the first round made it to the last 3 seconds but collapsed in the last 3 seconds. Bound and determined to go straight through the second round for the first time
ever! :-)
