Took Devin's advice and worked on cardio by selecting a 30 minute video by Jenny at tje following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fm578dFXo6k It was fun and energetic working on cario, balance and core while using weights with the walking sessions. May look into more of her routines as it was fun and feeling good.

What a workout. Feeling the impacts, but still struggling a bit. Good to know that we all are in the same boat. The transitioning from the floor to standing up a little challenging, but sure will get better. Changing diet to a lot of protein while cooking eggs and bacon (Dana loves) and meatloaf (tried to go light on ketchup). Drinking lots of water and ordered protein shakes to incorporate when I can't cook.

Challenging with the Blue Ball, but certainly felt abs with the crunch. Also feel in my butt with the lifts where I may be lifting higher than before. Hope to do the same with the crunches without tiring. The balancing of blue ball with leg and arm stretches definitely challenging and could feel when doing correctly. Thanks for staying after to demonstrate this move as it is different.
