Rocked the swiss ball crunches and knee crunches again. but the squats and heel taps still work in progress. Love the tight core reminders as it probably is the most important part of working out and our daily routines to build strength.

Great workout The band steps was difficult at first, but really felt with most of the exercises this morning. Made the mistake eating first which I will not do again! LOL! (Had to feed Dana before heading out). The ab crunches and knee pushes are getting easier.

Exercise ball crunches and heel taps seemed to be a little better today, but pulling the knees in with the Russian Twist just added difficulties with mastering. The squat and weight lift had to divert to only my left side as I had shoulder popping with each move so just held weight by shoulder.

Worked out with Schellea Fowler again with a 30 minute fat burner. My grow is probably drinking more water since I was cramping during workout on right side. May be recovering from 4 workouts Friday and the Go Arrive Saturday. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Here's to a Fabulous 2024 and good health! :-)
