Day 2. Not white-knuckling, but it's a matter of making it through that hour or so in the evening where my HABIT is to have a little something and relax. Last night I had water and a foot rub and got myself into bed.

Day 1 Off to a strong start. Went public with my commitment on the Peaceful Living BLE coaching call, and it was a good session about NMD and accountability. Good advice to re-set the evening habit with an alternate drink (seltzer or tea). It means something that Pete and Everett are holding my commitment.
