Week 4 of 4
FelineFine commits to:
- follow Beachbody workout calendar for new month long program (try to not miss any days but if not possible, missed workouts will need to be made up)
- drink 1 gallon of water every day (64 oz minimum to count success) - get 6,000 steps in ever day (8,000 goal but 6,000 minimums I count success) - go to the gym once per week and do anything, even just walking (to get over returned fear of going to the gym)
