Final Thoughts: I feel like this has been another very helpful daily habit. I've gotten a lot of thoughts and ideas down in these entries, from positive to negative and everything in between. I've written poetic, mind-flow, thoughts as they've popped in my head and have gained some insights in some of these sessions. I've written about goals. I've written about the future, the past, and the present. I've pondered what my perfect average day would be. Lot's of thoughts have been "penned" within these "pages." I still haven't read The Artists Way, though I am on the waitlist for an ebook from my local library, so I'm excited to read that and get more guidance on how to approach these going forward. In any case I included my entry from today as it was an off the cuff entry that just flowed out. |
