I made weight again. This is the lightest I've been in a year! I've finally figured out what my body needs nutritionally to lose a pound a week. It takes more focus than I thought...but I'm willing and able to make it happen and to keep getting leaner. Looks like this is my final week with this StickK commitment so I will setup another to keep me on track and so I can get down to my actual goal weight of 198.

Best weight so far on this commitment! On Tuesday I did a 32 hour water only fast and it was awesome. I ate at 9pm on Monday and didn't eat again until Wednesday at 11am. It was actually super easy and I didn't feel low energy (mentally or physically) the whole time. And I went down 3 pounds! I'm learning how good it is to fast like that on a regular basis. I think I'm going to do a 24 hour fast once a month. It's magical. Then I'll probably do a 48 hour fast in the near future. I'll eat dinner and then eat dinner two days later at the same time. Oh! And I got an assault bike for the garage gym. It's so good for getting an awesome, full body workout that gets the heart rate up FAST. I've already done three workouts with it and I'm feeling amazing. Especially since I have not been able to do much cardio lately. The bike is good but it mostly is a leg burn over a heart pumper.
