As reported last night, W2 was a success! Today begins W3, and starts with a rest day (1/2). This system seems to be working, Sat rest day, Sun-Tue exercise days, Wed rest day, then Thu-Fri exercise days. The variations on W1 exercises seem excellent for 3 reasons: 1) they are very challenging, therefore they ensure progress, 2) they seem very effective (I feel both glutes more with squats than bridges, seated HF are yielding better gains, I think), 3) I can do them all while watching tv. Think what you will about the latter, it helps with adherence and that is king.
