Again, I did this for 5 days, but only if I count a bed time of 1:15, one of 1:20, and one of 1:45 as being within the spirit of the commitment. Dad? Your judgement on whether that's a reasonable assessment? I've been tracking my sleep for months and months, and getting to sleep most days by 1:30 or even 1:45 at latest is a marked improvement over the prior pattern. I set the goal at the relatively unimpressive/still-unhealthy level of 'by 1am' because I was trying to be incremental and make sure I was committing to something achievable (especially for my first commitment contract). Alternately, you might judge that 1:45 is too far past the goal and mark this week as a failure. This might also be wise/helpful.

i succeeded 6 of 7 days this week. note- I'm defining getting into bed by 1:15 or 1:20 as a success. My goal with this was to get to bed much earlier, and those times are close to 1am compared to previous bed times.
