I was good with the important parts as far as keto, booze, and bud only once for a special occasion etc. I think I was about as close to keto as I could be while camping, but I definitely ate sugar at some points, but going to give myself a pass, especially since in the past I would have said fuck it and ate a couple of handfuls of those chocolate blueberries, where as I instead took them and hid them away out of my sight until they were literally shoved in my hand lol. Only ate a restaurant once, meditated a lot, and ran out of floss. Had no wine and took daily cold showers. Overall pretty happy with myself. This week and following weeks should get even better.
