Did it this week and feel much better already. The trick is getting those workouts in during the week -- waiting until the weekend is too risky. Am still not anywhere near step goal, but getting closer to the 8,000 mark every day. The Olympics are actually inspiring in this regard. "Start Your Impossible!"

Worked it this week, increasing my stats in all categories for the WW challenge. Next week I'm going to have to work to get it all in, but exercise is really helping me.
