This was a classic week in which I would not have worked out had I not really been trying to save money AND NOT PAY JULIE! Thanks to my Life Referee who encouraged me to put in the exercise DVD last night to get in No. 3 ...while he cooked dinner!

I'm a little bit confused about the start-up, because I thought my reporting day was Wednesday... but the good news is that means that I can count last Tuesday's exercise and still make it to 3. Whew! It feels good to be back at it, but walking up the hill from the Library to my office was still enough to put me out of breath. I need this!
