∆
Bali 1
- this took up so much energy... my head was literally spinning... I'm not even sure if its that good... but I thought better to share...
it took approximately 15 hours to complete... that's 30 ∆ Pareto Pommedoro's...
and it drains me intellectually and physically to do... so I need to create another stickk that forces me to go on an adventure; or even just outside...
Looking back at adventures on the screen for a prolonged time makes me dizzy...
I'm happy that I've done it though...
what went well is : I managed to complete + share: even though it was really difficult and draining towards the end.
what could go better? I think I should take the time from approximately 10am to 12 midday / 14:00 to just be outdoors... or go on "Go Pro Only" missions
I'm knackered now... mentally and physically exhausted...
I need more time outdoors to recharge the fundamental and primitive aspects of the nervous system so I can empower my mind without it straining from pathological over thinking or something like that... I've currently got a very real editing induced headache and I think the perfect remedy is outdoor adventure/ the gym/ whatever...
15 hours... Can't believe it took 15 hours! is this ∆ AV video better than a bunch of social shares for audience development over the course of the week?
who knows? I need to sleep nao...
xXx

Adobe Lightroom : Learned About those straight transitions
it would be amazing if I was able to use the stills that I edit in lightroom as frames or for them to move through video.
Photos are amazing; and being able to use lightroom to touch them up is amazing.
I could use lightroom : do a bunch of photos and then use hoot suite to automate their distribution - which would make instagram a lot easier : meanwhile I could then still use the week to make 1 video : but also have integrated high quality photo edits : raising the bar + awesome thumbnails...
also : bought two hard drives....
haven't uploaded a video yet...
but I feel like having done all of Joe's photo's edited them, sorted them and uploaded them and then learnt lightroom fundamentals counts towards my goal... it was a lot of photos...
still... this week... I would prefer to spend something little like an hour a day to 3 hours a day to get a high quality fluid video...
facebook video has about 50 likes : which is the most likes I have ever got on anything ever before : which is pretty awesome :-)
feels good :-)
