Ended the commitment strong with a 45-minute session on the elliptical in which I clocked over 5 K -- only the second time I've ever managed that. This commitment overall was a challenge because of being on the road so much, but it turns out that walking can be quite good in terms of movement. I dislike walking for its own sake, but when I needed to get somewhere, such as the Princeton Library or the AP reading room, it makes perfect sense. I wish I could somehow work that into my Meadville life. Taking a break from StickK, but hopefully not exercise.

Not sure about eating, but AP in Salt Lake City gave me ample opportunity to walk, to say nothing of airport terminals.

Two solid stints at the Y on the elliptical and two days where the required walking registered as a workout-- woot woot. My FB steps were an impressive 49,463 -- the most tracked since I started this challenge.

A couple of stints in the yard on Monday got me through, having forgotten that the Y was closed on Memorial Day. The upcoming work in Salt Lake City will present a challenge, but perhaps i can get some walking in. Here's to better WW tracking in June.
