Got my three in this week, performing at both ends of the spectrum. One day was a personal best, over 5 K on the machines, and 46 minutes of high-level exercise. The other was a surprise "exercise," walking around High Street on Saturday night. True, I worked up a sweat, but it was less intentional, and the minimum of time. I should be doing more vigorous activity on a daily basis, clearly. But I'll take it.

Straightforward workout week, but my incentive was to stay within my weight goal at WW. Last week I inched up over a line I didn't want to cross (no wonder, i'd eaten very badly), and this week I wanted to get back on track. In a normal vacation / sabbatical week like this one, I could probably strive for 4 a week, but I know that during weeks when I'm traveling or otherwise busy, that would be a challenge. I feel good about this past week, and I'm saying this before weigh-in.

I managed this, but I also recognize that it will be a challenge. Big question: do I count Pokemon? I'm usually out for at least an hour walking around, and getting pretty sweaty. But if I do, I need to counter-balance with some real cardio, probably at the gym.
