Halfway in the week, I found out I was 2 kgs above my goal weight. Here's what I did:
Restricted my diet to meat, daal, chickpeas, and eggs, spread over the day. Kept the number of calories same though, and didn't get enervated. Thinking of applying Four Hour Body principles.
Thanks for the 30 g Protein tip! I'll see how I can apply it.
And there was no restriction on chai/coffee!
