I did get 3 sessions in this week, including the sad walk around the urgent care complex with the unfortunate rash. This week, I'm aiming for a few at-home exercising sessions and the walking I'll be doing in the DC area. I'm not supposed to be in direct sunlight because of the antibiotic, so it will be sunscreen, hat, and windbreaker central!
