Yes. A true victory on both fronts. Asana down to 20, i could really feel the resistance to letting my babies get pushed off into the future. If there's a growth area, it's this: the tasks are shuffled forward, not eliminated.

10:15 PM i put away the phone, though I can feel the addiction... to noise, to not having to listen to my demons criticizing me in the silence and boredom. Like a child, I resist going to sleep. I would procrastinate even more if not for this commitment.
Before that, I put more energy into my Asana tasks than previously, but I'm really only beefing them up, not TACOing or reducing or managing them. I have 57 tasks for today. LOL When I try to manage them, everything feels like it needs to have been done yesterday, or last month. I now have an 8:15 AM check-in + 7 PM check-in on ONLY this. I'm going to have to make a big mental change. It's one thing to "just try harder." and I'll do that. But I will also need to "try smarter" as I learn that it can't all be done and I'm trying to do too much despite so many commitment words to the contrary. I'll have to learn to prioritize and to "let it go!"
