This one was clear, because it was a challenge to put down my addiction. While the victory is sweeter for the difficulty, it also brings up two ideas: 1) Since it feels like an addiction, i probably need to address that. and how. 2) Habit means thoughtless. this is opposite. and how. Some more thoughts: to get to phone in other room, win no scrolling in bed. I like to listen to audio to fall asleep. is this a wekaness to overcome, or how to manage with phone in other room? a pillow speaker?
