I did one snooze and then nidra. Something's not working... I couldn't sleep last night again, after having taken more than one nap during the day before. Then waking up at 8 AM is a nightmare, I feel drugged in the morning. I did yoga today. Maybe some real exercise will help again, but I hate how my head feels most of the day.

woke up into the alarm okay. did a meditation in bed that wasn't great, should just do the short Nidra into a morning routine. It's time to stop allowing one snooze, can replace with nidra for next two days, then I'll start next challenge with nidra before 8 AM. Feet on floor at 8 AM. May try Alarmy again, or pics to ref.
