My lowest weight so far during our StickK commitments! I'm not sure why I lost three pounds this past week because I was keeping my calories around 2,000 per day. I think it's because I didn't have an "eat day" this past week. I just kept my daily calories around 2,000 and worked out every day. So I think that might be my perfect calorie deficit...eating 2,000 calories but burning more than that with workouts and the Echo bike mixed into every workout to make it more like a HIIT workout. I'm super stoked and plan to keep it going this week. Now StickK will set my goal for this coming week down one pound so it will be 203. I'm closing in on my big goal of 198!
