Day 3: Went to sleep around midnight last night and woke up at 6am, went back to sleep though, but I felt as if I could have gotten up, maybe if I had something planned (sometime should integrate a small morning list / routine)

Was a physically active day today, had no plans but to cook for mum and do errands but my pace has slowed down, I'm no longer rushing as I have realised I have nothing but time to fill myself, and it isn't being filled for me.

The tantrums are less, but I have been listening to audio books whilst home, I wonder how I'd fair if I listened to those and music less? I fel as though I'm stil avoiding the real emotions that want to come up, but because I'm slightly more productive than before I see it as a win (which it is)

I've also realised that life is just a series of choices, we can choose comfort or discomfort (the known and the unknown) by getting cosy with discomfort these past few days, I've found myself planning things I had forgotten about because they were too daunting, but the discomfort I now feel, paired with the realisation of just how much time is in a day (although life goes my very quickly) has made me more willing and even excited to try.

Day 2 Complete - Had some internal monologue tantrums during in my guess - dopamine withdrawal, was inspired to finish painting for girlfriend as I firmly reiterated the rules of my week regarding entertainment.

Day 1 Complete - Found it hard at times, kept wanting to open netflix/ prime / YouTube. By not doing that I still procrastinated on whats really important, but I read articles and I had been putting off and such, so better than if I had let it stay how it was before. Hoping I get procrastination out if the way and get used to this current level of dopamine, and i will be motivated to seek dopamine out in other ways rather than the quick fix . It'll be uncomfortable to get there tho
