Watching TV and movies is allowed only if watching with other people. No YouTube or podcast episodes unless it's something somebody sends me. Social media is to be used only on my iPad unless it's specifically for my business. iPad stays in the car. Minimum 1 hour per day with all devices inaccessible. No consuming calories while consuming content including Audiobooks, podcasts, YouTube, movies, TV shows, social media. The only exception is Grow Your Agency Videos.
