Nice job getting yourself back on track! With this heat, it's honestly been hard to motivate myself to do anything so big kudos to you. Excited to see you end this month with a bang!

Yahooooo!!! Tracked, ate well (enough), went for a walk AND got my 10K steps. Four point day! 38... go me. :-)

You guys... I am in the struggle bus!! Not eating great (but not actually horrible either), not tracking, not working out... since I last posted, I've had ONE day of over 10K steps. Add that to the race and I'm up to 34. How sad. Lol.
Today I'm committed to eating right, tracking and maybe I'll get home early enough to get a hike in - and maybe that'll get me 4 points for the day. Fingers crossed!!
