Week 2 of 2
CJL commits to:
No eating after 10pm. No treats. (nuts, dates, dried-fruit, crisps, bars, ice-cream, flour, pancakes, honey) No dairy
The above are the hard rules. The below are strong guidelines and goals. EAT LESS. Try have far smaller portions. Plate OR soup at KCS not both. No sweet potatoes. Use string suggestions on products as guide eg. 'serves 4'.

This went well in the main. My Referee allowed a little bit of lenience in the second week has I had COVID and it made eating more difficult. | |
