when creating this goal, I had in mind to do specific yt workout video. But! Since I didnt specify in the task itself the name of the video - i had flexibility - which I usually dont want with this type of commitments. i went on sljeme, was walking 1,5h long walks. all of that stil aint specific yt video. So i failed and nailed challange of 5days/week in the same time. be specific and quantable! |
