I have made no “exception” stickks to the following diet commitment unless I am sick and unable to work. Follow usual guidelines with 5 day fasting program through Thursday, 2/10. On Friday start every other day fasting that Dr. Mindy mentioned through Feb 28. On eating days follow the food program guidelines you usually follow- break fast in morning with bone broth (8ish), followed by cultured veggies and tablespoon fat (9ish). Then have celery juice at 11ish. Then usual lunch and dinner a
