RosyB commits to:
Stretching 3x daily (morning, at lunch, before bed). Doing STs most days of the week. Can take a max 3 rest days (RDs) per week, but NEVER back to back. Only 1 day of rest can separate 2 ST sessions, ever. If tired, can reduce # of reps, but respect # of sets (2). Exercises are: glute bridges, squats, supine single leg lifts, toes raises or FD series, knee lifts. Aim to include regular mobility drills for standing, walking, and biking.
