Monday – 17 hour fast, 11/1 not a no protein day; 12/8 is low protein autophagy day Tuesday- 17 hour fast- reg diet Wednesday – 24 hour fast with reg diet dinner Thursday- Sun- reg diet with 17 hour fast, moving up 1st meal to after fast (can fast longer), just 2 meals a day no bulletproof collagen bars
