I have made no “exception” stickks to the following diet commitment unless I am sick and unable to work. This is to be adapted to Dr. Mindy’s fasting schedule. The weekend meals can also be rearranged per fasting schedule.
Monday is protein fast day(adapting to Dr. Mindy with protein to break fast). Tuesday through Friday fast till 10;45 with fatty bone broth/collagen shakes, tea. Starchy vegetables and flour only Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast and only at one meal each day. Starchy v
