I have made no “exception” stickks to the following diet commitment unless I am sick and unable to work.
Monday is protein fast day. Tuesday through Friday fast till 10;45 with fatty bone broth/collagen shakes, tea. Starchy vegetables and flour only Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast and only at one meal each day. Starchy vegetables are: fresh corn, cassava, tapioca, arrowroot, chestnut flours, white potatoes, plantains. Yams or sweet potatoes (only whole cooked – not chips or fries) only
