Few words commits to:
A minimum delay of 30 days before I create a new Stickk commitment with financial stakes involved. For example: I decide on 31 July 2021 that I commit to 10 pushups per day, and want to have $5 stakes for each reporting day/period. I will write down the specifics in this commitment’s journal on the 31st of July 2021. On the 31st of August 2021 I will be allowed to create that commitment. Failing this commitment costs me no more then $5 USD per commitment made without 30 days delay.
