							Except Monday May 3rd which is carte blanch. I have made no “exception” stickks to the following diet commitment unless I am sick and unable to work.
 
						Monday is protein fast day. Tuesday through Friday fast 16 hours with fatty bone broth/collagen shakes, tea. Starchy vegetables and flour only Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast and only at one meal each day. Starchy vegetables are: fresh corn, cassava, tapioca, arrowroot, chestnut flours, white potatoes, plantains, yams and sweet potatoes (on
