Been working out but it is not going up again. But, I read is that if I am seeing some results in how my clothes fit and how I feel. It means that what I am doing is correct and it is natural

Getting a little frustrated. Because even if I am doing what I can in fixing what I eat and workout. I seem to be stagnant now with my weight. So need to find a way to fix it

Weight is slowly going down. Which is good. This just shows me that I can commit to loosing weight and I am determined to make my goal happen

Jan. 8, Friday. 5th day into it and keeping myself motivated. Also to help me out with my meals. I got an app that helps me track my calorie intake for the day, weight, and water intake. Really helpful to be able to see how much I can eat and what over eating can actually do to my body. Really motivated to keep this up.
