To exercise, stretch, and practice doing the things I want to do with greater ease (standing, walking, biking). I will start simply and progressively add elements and/or switch up my program to achieve my goal of greater strength, flexibility, and mobility. I commit to stretching my left quads and calf, doing strength training exercises to strengthen glutes, tibialis, hip flexors, and then some. I will also add standing and walking drills, and biking drills, to remind my body how to move. Yeah!
