Starchy vegetables and flour only Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast and only at one meal each day. Starchy vegetables are: fresh corn, cassava, tapioca, arrowroot, chestnut flours, white potatoes, plantains, yams and sweet potatoes (only whole cooked – not chips or fries). Only one paleo on the go cookie per meal, Only one paleo on the go biscuit per meal. Can have winter squash, artichokes, turnips, carrots, POTG turkey tetrazinni, lasagna, soup on any day.
