Starchy vegetables and flour only Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast and only at one meal each day. Starchy vegetables are: fresh corn, cassava, tapioca, arrowroot, chestnut flours, white potatoes, plantains, yams and sweet potatoes (only whole cooked – not chips or fries). Can have winter squash, artichokes, turnips, carrots, POTG turkey tetrazinni, lasagna, soup on any day.
