Before 1st sitting of looking at any news, TV news : must read at least 5 pages of Proust, do 2 breathing exercises. Any additional sittings of news you must read minimum 1 page of Cave in the Snow or one of Tamara’s poems. Friday through Sunday no newspapers. Covid news only at one siting and not after 4 PM. Can look at Arts and noncovid science news at other sittings.
Special Projects: Bedroom door – if by end of month Will won’t do it, get him to commit to a Sept date put screens back in
