Winchester15 commits to:
No content consumption unless it’s specifically and intentionally used to learn something that I’m working on improving in. And even then it must be implemented immediately. Specifically YouTube. No Joe Rogan. No political stuff. No tech videos. No ASMR videos. Fitness videos are ok only If immediately implemented and must be no more than 3 videos per day. PS4 games are ok unless they become a problem. Books + Audiobooks are ok.
