| This was a tough week because it was a shorter period since I am planning to go out of town tomorrow. Still got it done albeit exactly on the goal weight. | |

| Starting a little higher 210 and I did talk to Chris about it but he isn't ready yet. We will keep trying and he'll probably be game after we go flying past him. | |
