Costa Rica: 3 meals per day eat whatever you want EXCEPT: only one meal per day with starchy vegetables, no grains, no sugar, no dairy. Allowed snacks: water, green drink powder that you brought, bulletproof bars. When back in Boston follow regular previous plan. Follow the one serving rule that you know, and meals are one hour long.
