Continue phase 1: Wake up and get out of bed on my alarm everyday.
Set 2 alarms at 9pm each night. Alarm 1: Shower time alert Alarm 2: Wake up alert When alarm 1 goes off: - wrap up whatever I am doing - ensure my bed is free from clutter - put the kettle on, prepare a mug with 'sleepy' tea - have a shower - make tea and enter the bed with my kindle - read my kindle until slightly drowsy - sleep *If i can not fall asleep, under no circumstances may I use an electronic other than my kind
