Regular plan with exception on Christmas day you can have one meal with allowed starch, the rest of the day eat according to that day. On New years eve at your dinner with Ed and Liza you can eat whatever you want with the one serving rule. Christmas Eve- pick out fish from soup doing your best to avoid the milk. Can have the sweet potatoes either with fish or just after church before the sing.
