30 min? That’s amazing! 👏 I used to overstretch my lower back if I didn’t remember to stick my bit out and fold from the hips, we have to be careful

Dear journal. Today marks day one at trying to be more consistent. Spent 30 minutes stretching and am feeling pain in my back? My mini goal is to touch the floor with my palms. Im a good 5-7 cm from that goal but I think I can make it. I’ve lost a bunch of hip mobility I gained a week ago but I can get it back. Going to reward myself with a glass of wine 🥳

Dear journal. This week started out great but I’ve descended into a routine of drinking alcohol and eating snacks while watching “I’m a celebrity rather” - pretty much neglecting the stretch.

Seeing nice progress in my calves, hamstrings and hips flexors. I’d like to get to a point that I can lay both hands flat on the floor while stretching...

Anyways next week I’ll try and be more consistent!
